Found a problem or have a feature in mind? Tell us how you use NetPulse and what could be better.

The feedback form collects your email, category and message, any product, version details and screenshots you provide, and the page language, source page path and submission time. Only administrators can access feedback, to investigate issues, evaluate requests and contact you. Records are stored in PostgreSQL hosted by Neon; screenshots are stored in a private directory on our server. Resend processes email addresses and the email information needed for receipts and notifications; receipts do not include your message or screenshots. Feedback content is not used for website analytics or marketing email. Records are retained until an administrator deletes them. To request deletion, email liangyuxin.02@gmail.com with your feedback reference. Backup copies expire under the backup retention schedule. Do not submit other people’s personal information, network content, messages or confidential data.
